vivo has officially launched OriginOS 6 worldwide. The new version is built around three key areas: smooth performance, intuitive design, and AI-powered features.
OriginOS 6 features the Origin Smooth Engine. It improves how the system handles apps, animations, and touch response. vivo says this makes apps launch quicker, frame rates steadier, and touch response more accurate. The OS also includes Memory Fusion and Dual Rendering to boost speed and visuals.
Design changes include a new layout, adjustable lock screen widgets, and a new font called vivo Sans. The system supports over 40 languages and adds effects like Dynamic Glow and Translucent Color.
AI is built into the OS. Origin Island gives real-time suggestions based on what users are doing. Tools like AI Retouch, Smart Call Assistant, and DocMaster help with editing photos, making calls, and handling documents.
Moreover, users can also move work between devices using Office Kit and One-Tap Transfer. Security and battery life have improved as well.

OriginOS 6 will start rolling out to compatible devices in November 2025. Availability will depend on region and device.
