HONOR launches MagicOS 10, its first AI-powered operating system

Dubbed a "self-evolving AI OS," it is designed to evolve to handle tasks more independently.

HONOR has launched MagicOS 10, a new operating system built with AI at its core. The new OS was announced at HONOR’s Global Developer Conference in Shenzhen. Dubbed the “self-evolving AI OS,” it is designed to evolve to handle tasks more independently.

The system features an upgraded version of YOYO, HONOR’s virtual assistant. With new capabilities powered by MagicLM 3.0, YOYO can now see, remember, and carry out tasks. Users can ask it to edit images, order food, shop online, or book rides with one tap.

MagicOS 10 also supports file sharing across HONOR, iOS, Android, and Windows devices. It introduces a new visual style called Zero-Gravity Transparency, which adds clear, layered effects without draining battery. For security, it includes AI Deepfake Detection to spot fake voices and scam filters.

HONOR’s broader plan includes the 1×3×N strategy. It opens its AI tools to partners (1), supports them through three tracks, ecosystem, channel, and technology (3), and expands across industries like education, smart homes, and wearables (N).
