HONOR is gearing up to launch the new HONOR X9 series in the Philippines this January. The brand has built a strong following in the mid-range segment, thanks to past hits like the HONOR X9a 5G, X9b 5G, and X9c 5G. Each release pushed durability and design further, making the X9 line one of HONOR’s most recognizable series in the country.
Durability has been the highlight of the X9 phones. HONOR started with 5-foot drop tests, then moved to 50-foot challenges. The HONOR X9c 5G even survived a drop from a helicopter, earning the company a Guinness World Record for the most people performing a mobile phone drop test at the same time. That stunt involved 264 participants and cemented HONOR’s reputation for toughness.
The upcoming HONOR X9 continues the tradition of January launches. Details are still under wraps, but HONOR says it’s working on new ways to top the success of its previous models.
With the X9 series already a benchmark for durability and trust, expectations are high for what’s next.
