A chance to win a Tesla Cybertruck worth PHP 17 million is fueling demand for the HONOR X9d 5G. HONOR Philippines revealed that one customer at SM North EDSA pre-ordered 250 units of the device. This dwarfs the previous news of one customer reserving 50 units, marking a new sales record for the brand.

The HONOR X9d 5G is built for durability. It comes with an All-Angle Ultra Defense design, drop resistance up to 2.3 meters, and IP69K dust and water protection.
Powering the device is an 8,300mAh silicon-carbon battery, the largest in the industry. HONOR claims it can last up to three days on a single charge. It also works in extreme temperatures from -30°C to 55°C.
An Ultra Power Saving Mode allows up to 60 minutes of calls with just 2% battery, while 66W HONOR SuperCharge ensures quick top-ups.
Up front, the HONOR X9d 5G has a 6.79-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and brightness levels reaching 6000 nits. The phone also packs a 108MP main camera, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset, and Wi-Fi 6 support.
