VinFast Philippines announced new incentives and a battery subscription program to make electric vehicles (EVs) more accessible to Filipino drivers. The company said this will lower upfront costs, reduce long‑term risks, and give buyers more flexible ownership options.
The VF 7 Plus now comes with a ₱109,000 discount, while the VF 9 Plus is reduced by ₱270,000. Buyers also get a free wall charger, floor mats, and a tire repair kit with their purchase.
Instead of owning the battery, customers can subscribe to it. This lowers the vehicle price by around 20 percent. The VF 7 Plus subscription is ₱1,850 per month, while the VF 9 Plus subscription is fully covered.
VinFast keeps battery ownership and guarantees replacement if the health drops below 70 percent. This setup removes the battery replacement costs and lowers insurance costs.
VinFast is still offering free charging at V‑Green stations until May 1, 2027. Its Residual Value Guarantee (RVG) program also continues, protecting resale value and giving buyers confidence in long‑term ownership.
Battery costs are one of the biggest barriers to EV adoption in the Philippines. But VinFast’s program makes EVs more affordable and predictable.
