vivo X300 Ultra launches with 200MP cameras and Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5

vivo has officially launched the X300 Ultra in China. The flagship features advanced imaging, pairing high‑resolution sensors with new stabilization and color science features.

The device features a 6.82‑inch Ultra XDR AMOLED display with 3168×1440 resolution and up to 144Hz refresh rate. Inside, it runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage.

Battery capacity is 6,600mAh, supporting 100W wired and 40W wireless charging. vivo offers the phone in Green, Silver, and Black colorways.

For photography, the phone has a triple-camera system: a 200MP Sony Lytia 901 main sensor with nearly 1‑inch size, a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP0 telephoto with gimbal stabilization, and a 14mm ultrawide lens.

On the video side, the X300 Ultra supports multi‑focal 4K at 120fps with 10‑bit Log recording. A new photography app adds a 3D LUT library, while a 50MP True Color Lens improves tonal accuracy with 12 spectral channels.

vivo also unveiled teleconverter accessories, including a 200mm “Lipstick” and 400mm “Cannon,” extending focal length options.

After China, the X300 Ultra will ship globally soon. Configurations include 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB, with satellite communication support. Pricing details for international markets are expected soon.
