vivo has officially launched the X300 Ultra and X300 FE in India. Pre‑orders are now live on vivo’s online store, Amazon India, and Flipkart, with sales starting May 14.
The X300 Ultra comes in Eclipse Black and Victory Green. It’s priced at ₹159,999 for the 16GB+512GB variant. vivo is also offering pro accessories like the Zeiss Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra (₹27,999), Imaging Grip Kit (₹11,999), and a bundled Photographer Kit at ₹209,999.
The X300 FE is available in Lilac Purple, Noir Black, and Urban Olive. Pricing starts at ₹79,999 for the 12GB+256GB model, while the 12GB+512GB option costs ₹89,999. Accessories include a teleconverter (₹15,999) and an extender kit (₹3,999).
On the hardware side, the X300 Ultra features a 6.82‑inch LTPO display with a 144Hz refresh rate, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip.
It packs a 6,600mAh battery with 100W wired and 40W wireless charging. Cameras include a 200MP main, 200MP periscope telephoto with 3.7x zoom, 50MP ultrawide, and a 50MP selfie shooter.
The X300 FE offers a 6.31‑inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip, and a 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.
