The HUAWEI MatePad Air is now up for pre‑order in the Philippines. It’s a slim tablet built for work and creativity, offering PC‑level performance and AI‑powered tools in a portable design.
The MatePad Air measures just 5.3mm thick and weighs 509g, making it one of the thinnest tablets in its class. It has a 12-inch 2800×1840 OLED PaperMatte display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1200 nits.
Powering the device is HUAWEI’s Kirin T93C processor paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, giving it laptop‑like performance for multitasking and productivity apps.
For cameras, it has a 50MP rear and 12MP front sensors. It also comes with a 10,100mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging.

Other features include HarmonyOS 4.3, Bluetooth 6, a six-speaker system, and support for the HUAWEI Smart Magnetic Keyboard, Mouse, and M-Pencil Pro.
Price and Availability
Pre‑orders run from September 11 to 17, starting at ₱59,999, down from the regular ₱64,999 price. Buyers get freebies worth up to ₱33,886, including a Smart Magnetic Keyboard, M‑Pencil, Bluetooth Mouse, and app memberships.
