The RedMagic 12 Pro+ is now official in China. It comes with a 185Hz AMOLED display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme G6 chip, and a massive 8,400mAh battery. The phone is also headed to global markets soon as the RedMagic 12 Pro.
Up front, the device has a 6.85-inch AMOLED display with a 2688×1216 resolution, up to a 185Hz refresh rate, and up to 5,000 nits of peak brightness. It also has an under-display 16MP selfie camera and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
Inside, the phone runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme G6 paired with the RedCore R5 gaming chip. The setup supports features like ray tracing, frame interpolation, and 2K upscaling in supported games.
The handset is available with up to 16GB of LPDDR5T RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 Pro storage.
For cameras, the device comes with a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 16MP under-display front camera. The rear camera can also record 8K video.
The RedMagic 12 Pro+ features a new RGB liquid cooling system with dual cooling loops around the processor and battery. It also includes a built-in fan that can spin at up to 25,500 RPM.
The phone packs an 8,400mAh battery with support for 120W wired charging and 80W wireless charging. It also supports bypass charging and 22.5W reverse wired charging for added flexibility.

The RedMagic 12 Pro+ is now available in China, with a global release planned under the RedMagic 12 Pro name.
Pricing starts at CNY 6,999 (around PHP 65,900 / USD 1,050) for the 12GB+256GB model. The 16GB+512GB version costs CNY 7,999 (around PHP 75,300 / USD 1,200), while the top-end 16GB+1TB variant is priced at CNY 8,999 (around PHP 84,700 / USD 1,350). Global pricing has yet to be announced.
