Filipino Potterheads have something new to look forward to. realme has confirmed that the realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition is coming to the Philippines, bringing a mix of themed design elements and premium smartphone features.
This special edition is more than a simple themed case or wallpaper. At the back is a Hogwarts Four-House Crest set on a leather finish inspired by the wizard chessboard. The phone uses Quadra Light-Sensing Color-changing Tech, which reveals all four Hogwarts house colors under UV light.
The details continue throughout the device. The camera module is inspired by Hedwig and uses an aluminum alloy finish, while the frame features a laser-engraved “Welcome to Hogwarts” message. The phone measures just 8.47 mm thick despite the themed design.
The Harry Potter theme also includes the software experience. Users will find a Hogwarts Castle wallpaper, a custom boot animation, a fingerprint animation inspired by Hogwarts acceptance letters, and more than 30 redesigned app icons.
Underneath the magical look is a smartphone packed with powerful hardware. The realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition comes with a TÜV-certified 200MP LumaColor Camera, a massive 7,000mAh Titan Battery with 80W fast charging, a 144Hz refresh rate FHD+ AMOLED display, and IP69 Pro dust and water resistance.
realme is also preparing a limited-edition gift box that resembles a Hogwarts acceptance kit. The company said there are additional surprises inside but has yet to reveal what they are.
