The notch party is not ending anytime soon. An unannounced ZTE smartphone was recently spotted at the iF World Design sporting not one, but two notches.

It looks like the ZTE Iceberg will be the first smartphone to have two notches. According to the World Design entry, the device will have a notch on both ends of the display, hinting to an “interactive function of the system.” Unfortunately, it was not mentioned what exact function it will do.

Aside from the notches, the phone will have a seamless glass unibody made of two fused pieces of glass, with no metal or plastic frame to support it. They also managed to equip the device with front facing speakers (probably in the notches), and wireless charging.

The ZTE Iceberg uses a seamless glass connection technique to combine two pieces of glass as one unibody, which makes the phone resemble a fragment of ice. The four corners of the phone are transparent to reveal the essential beauty of the glass material. The effect is beautiful and mysterious.

So far, that’s all we have about the ZTE Iceberg. The entry states a launch date of “after 2018” with development time of 13 – 24 months, and target regions of Asia, Europe, and North America.
