Smartphones are geting bigger and bigger. HTC just announced the Sensation XL, a 4.7-inch, 9.9mm thick Android version of the HTC Titan.
The HTC Sensation XL incorporates Beats audio and includes a set of either Ur Beats in-ear earphones or Solo headphones. The Sensation XL uses a Super-LCD screen with 800 x 480 resolution and is powered by a single-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon processor and 768MB of RAM. It has an 8-megapixel camera with F2.2 max aperture and dual-LED flash. Internal storage is 16GB without any microSD card expansion option.
The HTC Sensation XL will run Android 2.3 with Sense 3.5 and comes preloaded with the Dropbox app for Android.
Pricing is still unknown, release date is early November.

i think that is reasonable any higher specs will suck up the battery life
