Reports are coming in that the Nokia X has officially arrived in the Philippines. As you may already know, the X runs forked version of Android 4.1.2 called the Nokia X Platform, and has Nokia’s Fastlane interface running on top. The Nokia X was announced in the MWC event in Barcelona, Spain last February of 2014.
To refresh you on its specs, the Nokia X comes with a 4 inch screen (800×480), a 1 GHz dual core Snapdragon S4 processor, 4GB of storage (+microSD), 512MB of RAM, a 3MP rear cam, bluetooth, WiFi, 3G/HSPA, has support for either single-sim or dual-sim, and is powered by a 1,500mAh battery.
The handset will come with Nokia’s own apps, including HERE Maps, and MixRadio. It can run most Android apps, available via its own Nokia App Store.
The Nokia X has a suggested retail price of P5,990, and will be available this March. The phone will come in White, Black, Red, and Green.
