A quick Google search revealed that the Sony IMX179 image processor was the same one used on the Nexus 5. And based on some Nexus 5 reviews, there was some griping with the camera’s performance. Hopefully, it doesn’t inherit it’s reported negative results.

The Cherry Mobile S2 retails for P4,699. No other information has been released.
