ASUS recently announced round two of OC Showdown 2015 Formula series, the second stage of a global competition that invites enthusiast overclockers from around the world to compete to win both kudos and great prizes. ASUS ROG motherboards and graphics cards are the most popular choice for overclockers as tracked by HWBOT, so the challenge puts the world’s favorite overclocking gear at the center of the global stage.
In co-operation with HWBOT and partners Intel, HyperX and Enermax, round two of OC Showdown 2015 Formula series launched last June and runs until 20th July 2015. Formula series invites overclockers to compete using an ASUS-branded motherboard, and to cool using only stock air- or water-based equipment. No extreme-cooling equipment or techniques are permitted in Formula-series competition rounds, and overclockers of all abilities are invited to enter. Contestants are encouraged to broadcast their results and comments on both Twitter and Facebook using the #OCShowdown hashtag, and to follow ASUS ROG on Twitter — @ASUS_ ROG.
