Western Digital (WD) recently announced the new WD My Passport Ultra, and the upcoming My Passport for Mac and the My Passport Ultra Metal portable hard drives.

The new My Passport portable hard drives have capacities of up to 4TB, USB 3.0 connectivity and color options. It comes with the easy-to-use WD Backup automatic backup software with cloud-ready Dropbox integration and 256-bit AES hardware encryption with password protection.

My Passport Ultra 4TB portable hard drives will retail for P10,200. It comes with a 3-year limited warranty, and are available from Iontech Technologies Inc., and EA Global Supply Chain Solutions Inc. The My Passport for Mac and My Passport Ultra Metal 4TB hard drives will be available next quarter.
