Aside from the 5.7-inch variant, ASUS also launched a 5.5-inch ZenFone 3 Deluxe with more modest specs.
ASUS ZenFone 3 Deluxe Specs
If you don’t like the 5.7-inch size or the price of the ZenFone 3 Deluxe ZS570KL model, ASUS also launched a smaller and more affordable 5.5-inch variant. Dubbed ZS550KL, the smaller Deluxe has more modest specs. The difference between the two variants can be found on the following: display, processor, GPU, RAM, and the camera, among others.
The ZS550KL variant comes with a smaller (but still large) 5.5-inch full HD Super IPS+ display. Its also protected by Gorilla Glass 4, but no longer supports 100% NTSC color gamut the bigger one had. Under the hood is a 2.0GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor paired with a more “modest” 4GB of RAM and an Adreno 506 graphics unit. The camera uses a 16MP sensor equipped with an f/2.0 aperture and a host of focusing systems.
The rest of the specs include a micro USB port (no USB Type-C), a 3,000mAh battery, and Android 6.0 Marshmallow with ZenUI 3.0.
