The ASUS ZenFone 3s Max was recently unveiled in India. The phone received a larger 5,000 mAh battery, a better processor and Nougat out of the box.

Yes! ASUS’s brute of battery smartphone has gotten bigger. Unveiled in India, ASUS ZenFone 3s Max comes with a larger 5,000 mAh battery (as opposed to the 4,100 mAh) and Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. The processor and the front camera received an upgrade as well, but the design remains largely unchanged.

The ZenFone 3s Max features a 5.2-inch HD display. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor paired with 3GB of RAM and a Mali-T860MP2 graphics chip. Internal storage is at 32GB expandable via microSD card up to 200GB. The main camera features a 13MP sensor with f2.0 and dual-LED flash. While the front camera was upgraded to 8MP (from 5MP). The rest of the specs include a fingerprint sensor, an FM radio, and dual band Wi-Fi ac.

The ASUS ZenFone 3s Max is now available in India with a retail price of INR 14,999 (roughly PHP12,000). It is not clear if it will be available in the Philippines.
