Nokia announces the new Nokia 3310

As expected, Nokia announces the return of one of its most iconic phones, the Nokia 3310.

One of the most awaited returns just happened. Nokia officially announces the impending arrival of the new Nokia 3310 (2017). The feature phone is actually the old phone on a new body. While it remains to be seen if it comes with the fabled “indestructible body,” the reimagined classic comes with a new look together with the iconic rounded form.

When it comes to specs, the feature phone packs a 2.4-inch QVGA color display, a 2MP main camera with LED flash and 16MB storage with an option to expand via microSD card. It also has 2G connectivity, and a 1,200 mAh battery which Nokia claims can deliver 22 hours of talk time and a 1 month standby time.

The Nokia 3310 (2017) also brings back another piece of nostalgia in the form of the classic Snake game. Granted its not the one I personally was looking forward to (I like the first one with no color), it does bring with it the classic gameplay with a little update.
