Vivo V7 Announced in China

The Vivo V7 launched in China. The phone features a 5.7-inch display, an octa-core processor, and a 24MP selfie camera.

Vivo V7: Price, Specs

The Vivo V7 was recently announced in China, as well as in Indonesia. The phone, which looks to make its way to the Philippines soon, has a slightly smaller display and a smaller battery compared to its bigger brother, the Vivo V7+.

The V7 features a 5.7-inch HD IPS display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and a display-to-body ratio of 83.6%. It has a resolution of 1440 x 720, and a 282 ppi. The slightly smaller display gave the V7 an advantage in sharpness compared to the V7+.

Inside, the handset is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor (14nm, 2017) paired with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. It also has microSD card support of up to 256GB.

As for its cameras, it packs a 16MP rear sensor with f/2.0 , PDAF and a LED flash. The front camera uses a 24MP sensor with the Moonlight Glow selfie LED light, Smart Beauty 7.0 and Vivo’s face unlock.

The phone also comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, an FM radio, a 3,225mAh battery, and Android 7.1 Nougat with Funtouch v3.2 on top.

The Vivo V7 comes in Black and Gold, with a retail price said to be around USD300.
