Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro recently launched in India. The device comes with dual rear cameras, an 18:9 full HD display, and a Snapdragon 636 processor.

Aside from the Redmi Note 5, Xiaomi also launched the Redmi Note 5 Pro. The phone is another midranger with bang-for-the-buck specs and an affordable price.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro features a 5.99-inch full HD 18:9 IPS display. Under the hood, the handset is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor, paired with 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.

One of its standout specs include the dual 12MP (f/2.2) + 5MP (f/2.0) rear camera with PDAF and an LED flash. The front camera uses a 20MP shooter with a f/2.2 lens, Beautify 4.0, and a LED flash.

The Redmi Note 5 Pro also feature an AI-based facial recognition unlock, 4,000 mAh of battery, and MIUI 9 based on Android 7.1.2 Nougat.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is currently only available in India with a suggested retail price of INR13,999 (roughly Php11,500) for the 4GB/64GB variant, and INR16,999 (Php14,000) for the 6GB/64GB variant. No news yet on pricing and availability for the Philippines.
