The Huawei Honor 10 launches globally. The handset is essentially an affordable Huawei P20. Features dual cameras, 24MP selfie shooter.

Huawei Honor 10

The Honor 10 is now global, featuring powerful internals with an affordable price. The device starts at EUR 399 and shares many things with the much celebrated Huawei P20 — the processor, the dual rear cameras, the 24MP selfie camera, and the battery.

The handset comes with a 5.84-inch full HD+ display with a 2280 by 1080 resolution and a 19:9 ratio. Inside, the phone is powered by Huawei’s Hisilicon Kirin 970 octa-core processor, complete with an AI chip that enhances the camera. It comes with two RAM/storage variants, the 4GB/64GB and the 6GB/128GB.

The Honor 10 features dual rear cameras 16MP (f/1.8) color sensor + 24MP monochrome sensor. While selfies are handled by a 24MP sensor with an f/2.0 lens with different lighting/portrait modes found on the Huawei P20 and P20 Pro.

The phone also comes with EMUI 8.1 based on Android Oreo, a 3,400 mAh battery with fast charging, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

The Huawei Honor 10 will have a price of EUR 399 (around PHP 24,700 or USD 470) for the 64GB model, and EUR 499 (PHP 30,800 USD 589) for the 128GB model. The handset will be available in the UK and India starting May 17, 2018.

No news yet if it will launch in the Philippines. But they do have official presence here, so chances are good we get to see it locally.
