LG launches 77-inch OLED Wallpaper TV in the Philippines

LG recently announced the 77-inch OLED Wallpaper TV (W8) at a launch event in the newly opened National Museum of Natural History.

The new 77-inch OLED Wallpaper TV (W8) features deep black and bold contrast. It has a has a thickness of just 2.57 mm, and comes equipped with LG’s new a9 processor, allowing for users to see more detail with minimal noise or distortion. Also aboard is LG’s ThinQ AI platform, which lets users issue a number of voice commands to control the TV.

Aside from the launch, LG will be raffling off a number of its OLED TVs in celebration of its 30th anniversary. Every purchase of any LG OLED TV until now to September 2 at participating dealer stores entitles you to one raffle entry. Thirty prizes are at stake, including one 77-inch LG OLED TV W8, one 55-inch Super UHD TVs, two 43-inch UHD TVs, five SK5 SoundBars, eleven PK5 Portable Speakers and ten Netflix Premium memberships (valid for three months). Aside from the launch, LG has also donated one 65-inch OLED TV (E8), one 55-inch OLED TV (C8) and one 55-inch UHD TV to the National Museum of Natural History as part of its CSR thrust of promoting education. The company hopes to promote a more holistic and interactive experience for visitors through the donations.
