The Huawei Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro are coming to the Philippines. The launch date has been set on October 26, 2018.

Huawei Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro Philippines
The Huawei Mate 20 series are set to arrive in the Philippines on October 26, 2018, just a few days after it launched in London earlier this month.
The highly anticipated smartphones promises several improvements over past models such as the all new Kirin 980 chipset, better camera performance, and updated design.
The Huawei Mate 20 sports a 6.53-inch display with a dew drop notch and a 4,000 mAh battery, while the Mate 20 Pro comes with a smaller 6.39-inch OLED display, a wide notch, 3D face recognition, and a larger 4,200 mAh battery.
The Mate 20 series are powered by the new HiSilicon Kirin 980 chipset with dual NPUs and features the new 40W SuperCharge technology capable of charging up to 70% in just 30 minutes.
The Mate 20 Pro comes with more surprises. It has an in-display fingerprint scanner, a 15W wireless charging support, and reverse wireless charging. Reverse wireless charging sounds exactly what it is — it can charge other devices wirelessly.

As for its cameras, the Mate 20 has 12MP (f/1.8, Wide) + 16MP (f/2.2, Ultra Wide) + 8MP (f/2.4, 2x Telephoto) triple cameras. The Mate 20 Pro, on the other hand, comes with a 40MP (f/1.8, Wide) + 20MP (f/2.2, Ultra Wide) + 8MP (f/2.4, 3x Telephoto).
Both phones sport 24MP front shooters with the Mate 20 Pro packing additional 3D RGB + IR sensors for face unlock.
The Huawei Mate 20 and the Mate 20 Pro will launch in the Philippines on October 26, 2018. Local prices for both phones are not yet available, but we’re expecting it to retail near its European counterparts — Mate 20 4/128GB at EUR799 (roughly PHP49,990), Mate 20 6/128GB at EUR849 (PHP53,990), and Mate 20 Pro at EUR1,049 (PHP66,990).
