Power Mac Center lowers Service Rates; Enhances Mail-In repair service

Apple authorized service provider, Power Mac Center, is lowering its service repair rates and enhancing its service offerings.

Good news Apple lovers. Power Mac Center has lowered its fees for initial diagnosis and software repair services by as much as PHP500.

For iPhone and iPad owners, Power Mac Center’s initial diagnosis fee starts at PHP1,000. Software Repair Services fees are now PHP800. While Mac and other portable devices now have a minimum initial diagnosis fee of PHP2,500 and software fix service fee of PHP2,000.

The new rates are now in effect in all Power Mac Center Service Providers nationwide.

“Power Mac Center is committed to provide customer-focused service across all channels, be it our retail, training, and especially our service centers. We value our customers’ trust and always strive to provide them the best quality of repair from our experienced service team,” said Joey Alvarez, Power Mac Center Director of Product Management and Marketing.

Mail-In Service

Power Mac Center now also offers Mail-In Service with a door-to-door option. You can have your Apple device picked up at your preferred location and delivered back once done. No need to leave the house anymore.

All you have to do is call the Power Mac Center Customer Service Hotline at (02) 725-4762. Take note that there is a service process, fees, and documents that need to be settled.

Once validated, an accredited courier will pick up your device to bring it to a Service Center. It will then be delivered back once diagnosis and repairs are done.

The Mail-In Service is available in all Power Mac Center Service Centers, except for Cagayan de Oro and Iloilo City.

Drop-Off Option

Lastly, Power Mac Center also has a Drop Off Option. You can drop off your Apple devices at the nearest accredited courier branch. Once repairs are done, you can pick it up at the same location.
