Vivo Y17 with triple cameras, large battery, announced

After two major releases in the Vivo V15 and V15 Pro, Vivo drops another triple camera phone with a large battery in the Vivo Y17.

The Vivo Y17 comes with a 6.35-inch HD+ IPS display. It has a dewdrop notch and an interesting 19.3:9 aspect ratio. Inside, the phone touts a 2.3GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 processor with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage with no provision for an SD card.

One of the phone’s key features is its large 5,000mAh battery. It supports 18W fast charging.

In the camera department, the Vivo Y17 has four — three at the back with 13MP + 8MP + 2MP; and one 20MP shooter in front.

The Vivo Y17 comes with a price of INR 17,990 in India. Converted locally, that’s roughly PHP 13,999. It comes in Mineral Blue and Mystic Purple.

No word yet if it will come to the Philippines.
