Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) announces the AppGallery Festival. From January 1 to 32, 2020, Huawei users will receive gifts and rewards such as vouchers, Huawei Points, and Huawei smartphones.
For those not familiar, the AppGallery is the official app market of Huawei smartphones. Users can download mobile apps from 18 different categories that include Games, Lifestyle, Daily Essentials, and Shopping.
With the AppGallery Festival, users can get deals from popular apps such as Agoda, Lazada, ShareIt, and VIU, as well as local apps like Cashalo, GCash, OWTO, SSS Mobile, and more. The festival has three main promotions — Download Apps & Get HUAWEI Points, Receive New Year Gifts at the Gift Center and Play & Win HUAWEI Smartphones. You can join the events through the AppGallery app.
Download apps from the AppGallery and get rewarded
Those who download selected apps from the AppGallery during the promo period will be rewarded 50 Huawei Points worth PHP 50 from each participating app.
In Philippines, there are 16 apps you can get rewards from with up to 800 Huawei Points to be redeemed. Huawei Points can be used for in-app purchase (IAP) on HMS products including on the AppGallery, Themes, Mobile Cloud, and more.

New Year gifts include vouchers
Aside from the free Huawei Points, users can also claim app vouchers and gift packs from the Gift Center on the AppGallery. Freebies include one month free VIU Premium subscriptions, two months iFlix VIP subscriptions, seven days CamScanner subscriptions and more.
Play Games and Win Huawei Smartphones
You can even play games and win Huawei smartphones. Just play either of the following games — Guns of Glory, Jellipop Match, Mobile Royale, Rise of Kingdoms and Saint Seiya — purchase in-game items, and pay through the Huawei In-App Purchases (IAP) for a chance to win.
The event is pen to gamers in the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. The top 30 spenders across the participating countries will win a Huawei smartphone.
Phase 1 is from January 1 to 7, 2020 with Nova 5T as the prize. Phase 2 is on January 8 to 14, while Phase 3 is from January 15 to 31. Smartphone prizes will be revealed at the start of each phase.
