PLDT Home and Smart Communications is stretching their respective payment extensions and suspending disconnection of overdue accounts until April 30, 2020.
The extension was made in response to the government’s decision to further extend the enhanced community quarantine. Check out the official announcement below, originally posted on their official Facebook page.
PLDT and Smart previously announced a 30-day payment extension for all postpaid subscribers to keep people from leaving their homes to settle bills and also allow them to manage their budgets.
Should you decide to take the extension and skip paying for your bill this month, your account will not be suspended. However, this means you have to settle two bills on the next bill date, so check your budgets accordingly.
