Netflix testing ‘Shuffle Play’ feature

Netflix is testing a new shuffle feature, which, as the name implies, randomly chooses a movie or show for viewers.

Some users are reporting a new Shuffle Play button appearing on their profile screens while accessing the service through TV sets. It is apparently being tested on select viewers.

Shuffle Play is perfect for those tired of scrolling through Netflix looking for something to watch. The chosen video is not entirely random. The service will show a movie or TV series based on your viewing history, preferences, and playlists. This ensures that its actually going to be something you would watch.
