Tecno Mobile launched the Pouvoir 4 and Pouvoir 4 Pro to the Philippine market last September 17, 2020. With the two phones, the brand redefined what budget means. For wallet friendly price tags, you get large 7-inch displays and huge 6,000mAh batteries.
Looking at the spec sheets, you’re getting more than the price lets on. The two handsets offer similar specs, boasting big numbers. Both have enormous 7-inch displays with HD resolution and large 6,000mAh batteries. That’s on top of an unnamed 2GHz octa-core processor, stereo speakers, 13MP quad cameras, and rear-mounted fingerprint scanners.
The vanilla model offers 3GB RAM, 32GB storage, and an 8MP selfie camera. The Pro model offers a bit more with 4GB RAM, 64GB and 128GB storage options, 16MP selfie camera, and 18W fast charging.

Make no mistake that these are budget phones. The Tecno Mobile Pouvoir 4 is priced at PHP 4,590. The Tecno Mobile Pouvoir 4 Pro, on the other hand, is priced at PHP 5,990 for the 4GB + 64GB model, and PHP 6,990 for the 6GB + 128GB model.
