When it comes to looks, the vivo X60 series resembles its predecessor, the X50 Pro. It maintains its sleek profile with a thin frame sporting a thickness of just 7.36 mm.

The two phones have similar specs, save for a couple of differences. The vivo X60 has three rear cameras, namely a 48MP main, a 13MP ultra-wide, and a 13MP for depth. The X60 Pro adds a fourth shooter, an 8MP periscope telephoto that offers up to 5x optical zoom. Both devices come with a second-gen gimbal for image stabilization, which worked really well for the vivo X50 Pro.

The phones are equipped with a 6.56-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and a punch hole for the 32MP selfie camera.

Inside, a 2.8Ghz Exynos 1080 processor with a 5G modem powers the phones. Reports say its top end chip which rivals Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 888 in performance. The X60 comes in three configurations — 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB. While the X60 Pro only comes with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.

The vivo X60 series also debuts vivo’s latest operating system, OriginOS. It features a customizable home-screen, with apps looking like tiles or widgets across the screen.

As for the battery, the standard model has a 4,300mAh capacity with the Pro variant sporting a slightly smaller 4,200mAh. Both have 33-watt wired fast charging.

That’s it for the vivo X60 and X60 Pro for now. We’ll have to wait and see if it shows up in the Philippines.
