Huawei releases its EMUI 11 update schedule for Huawei device users in the Philippines. It will initially roll out to 14 flagship smartphone models.
The update is going to be pushed over-the-air (OTA). You may also check by going to Settings> System & updates> Software update.
The initial rollout from the first phase, which started last December 2020, included flagship devices Huawei P40, Huawei P40 Pro, Huawei P40 Pro+, Huawei Mate 30, Huawei Mate 30 Pro and Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G. Meanwhile, all other remaining devices will receive the update by March 2021.

- December 15, 2020 – Huawei P40 Series, HUAWEI Mate 30 Series
- January 20, 2021 – Huawei Mate XS
- January 27, 2021 – Huawei nova 7 SE
- February 28, 2021 – Huawei P30 Series
- March 3, 2021 – Huawei nova 5T
- March 21, 2021 – Huawei Mate 20 Series
We are unsure if more devices will be considered for the update, but for now, this is the list.
Launched last year, EMUI 11 is the latest Android skin from Huawei. It is currently based on Android 10. The update will come with new software features and improvements, such as the next-generation Always-On Display, a new Smart Multi-Window experience for multi-tasking, improvements in smartphone-to-notebook and tablet-to-notebook Multi-Screen Collaboration, upgraded data security for users, an improved UX design for better visuals and interaction experiences, and more.

I think the huawei y8p can handle or just fix the battery draining issue plss the battery of y8p draining soo very fast even if your not using it
