Huawei’s latest WiFi 6 router is coming to the Philippines. The Huawei WiFi 6+ AX3 is the world’s first WiFi 6+ router, featuring a unique 3000mbps GigaHome Quadcore chipset with the Huawei Share and Huawei HomeSec technology.
The Huawei WiFi 6+ AX3 is now available for pre-order in the Philippines with a price of Php 3,999. It comes with a free Huawei Band 4 valued at Php 1,890.
Those looking for a more affordable option can go with the Huawei WS2500 priced at only Php 1,599. This one comes with a free Bluetooth speaker worth Php 1,499.
Pre-orders for both routers are available exclusively on the Huawei Online Store, Shopee and Lazada. Freebies are available only until March 4.
The Huawei WiFi 6+ AX3 is powered by Huawei’s GigaHome 650 chipset that is capable of speeds up to 3000mbps. The chipset also boosts network speed and signal strength, capable of penetrating walls to minimize dead spots.
This router upgrades performance to the WiFi 6+ level with an ultra-large bandwidth of up to 160MHz, which is twice as fast as WiFi 6 devices.
The AX3 can be used in three ways — as a main router for improved speeds and coverage; as an extender and booster to expand WiFi signal; and as a main system for a mesh network.
The router is equipped with NFC, that allows compatible devices to easily connect via Huawei Share with just a touch. While Huawei HomeSec provides better and reliable security with features such as anti-cracking, anti-brute force, and WiFi encryption.
