realme PH shares winning vision for 2022 in first-ever Brand Summit

There is truly no denying that young tech brand realme has shown exceptional growth in the industry since it entered the local market back in November 2018. In less than four years, the brand has achieved tremendous success by providing quality tech products and services to complement every Filipino’s modern lifestyle.

Recently, realme was hailed the number 1 smartphone vendor in the Philippines for 2021 by global research firm Canalys based on its local sell-in data for Q1-Q4. On the global level, as of Q3 2021, realme also became the youngest smartphone brand in the world to reach 100 million accumulative shipments and join the Top 5 smartphone brands worldwide based on Canalys Q4 global sell-in data. Moreover, they were also hailed as the fastest-growing 5G Android smartphone brand worldwide in Counterpoint Research’s Market Pulse Service in Q3 2021.

Coming off the heels of these milestones, realme is determined to maintain this momentum and dare to leap higher, further, and stronger for 2022. During the recently concluded realme Brand Summit on February 11, the brand shared that it will continue its winning user-oriented philosophy and continued product innovation as a brand that is for and by the youth.

“realme is and will always be a user-oriented brand, and our products are the key to our success. We seek to understand our customers’ needs and optimize our product portfolio to meet the market needs and situation in this ever-evolving landscape,” shares Austine Huang, realme Philippines’ VP for Marketing.

As part of its product vision, realme focuses on becoming a 5G leader by bringing more cutting-edge 5G-enabled devices to the Philippines. In addition, the brand will continue to expand its ecosystem by growing its well-loved AIoT portfolio, as well as launching the first realme TechLife partner brand DIZO in the country.

Apart from product innovation and expansion, the brand is also committed to furthering its reach and accessibility. realme will focus on providing its top-notch services through its availability in new purchase channels, as well as increased service center coverage to provide a seamless user journey to all consumers.

Lastly, the brand also plans to give back to its community by uplifting their lives and enabling their passions through a series of branding campaigns. This includes a stronger presence in the e-sports and gaming scene through the much-anticipated realme Mobile Legends Cup, with Season 6 and Season 7 coming this year, among many other exciting initiatives. realme will also be fully supporting the Philippine National Esports Team, SIBOL, as its official smartphone partner as they face other countries on the international stage. In addition, the brand will also continue to empower and support today’s youth by partnering with organizations through its Dare To Dream social program.
