OPPO Reno12 F 5G Coming Soon

Smart Communications is going to rebrand Sun Postpaid to Smart Postpaid starting April 25, 2022. The rebranding also includes Sun Broadband and Sun Fixed Load Plans.

Sun Postpaid subscribers will still be able to continue using their existing mobile numbers and SIM cards after the rebrand. However, those using a non-LTE SIM are encouraged to upgrade to a 5G SIM. Upgrades are free in Smart Stores.

“Starting April 25, 2022, your Sun Postpaid number will become Smart Postpaid. Rest assured that you will still be able to use your existing SIM and plan inclusions. For your postpaid needs, we encourage new customers to avail of Smart Signature plans and get access to all the great features and benefits of being a Smart Postpaid subscriber,” said Smart on its website.

“There will be no changes to your existing contract term. All your remaining months within the contract will stay the same,” Smart adds.

Sun subscribers who will become Smart subscribers will enjoy faster 5G speeds, simpler account management using the GigaLife App, and easier upgrades to other Smart Signature experiences.
