vivo Philippines launches the newest addition to its Y series lineup — the vivo Y22s. The handset is priced at Php 10,999 for the 4GB+128GB variant and Php 12,999 for the 8GB+128GB variant.
The vivo Y22s features a 6.55-inch HD+ LCD display with 1612 x 720 resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a waterdrop notch housing an 8MP selfie camera. At the back, it features vivo’s frosted AG design, along with a dual camera setup, highlighted by a 50MP primary shooter alongside a 2MP secondary camera.
Under the hood, the vivo Y22s is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage with a microSD card expansion slot. The 6nm chip for mid-range phones prioritizes battery efficiency while providing sufficient performance for a decent gaming experience.
The phone also has a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging, a side fingerprint scanner, and Funtouch OS 12.
Price and Availability
In the Philippines, the new vivo Y22s has a price of Php 12,999 for the 8GB+128GB model, and PHP 10,999 for the 4GB+128GB model.
The 4GB+128GB variant will be exclusively available on Lazada from October 25 to November 05, 2022. It will be available at a discounted price of Php 10,599 during the Lazada Brand Spotlight on October 25, 2022. It will come with a free Sim Card and TWS earbuds on that day only.
