Honor 80, Honor 80 Pro revealed with 160MP cameras, 120Hz OLED display

Honor revealed three new smartphones, expanding its growing roster of devices. The Honor 80 and 80 Pro feature 160MP cameras and Qualcomm chips, while the Honor 80 SE has a MediaTek chip and a 64MP camera.

Honor 80 Pro

The Honor 80 Pro features a 6.78-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a small pill-shaped cutout at the top center for the dual 50MP + 2MP selfie cameras. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.

In the camera department, it has a 160MP primary, a 50MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP depth. While for power, there’s a 4800mAh battery with 66W fast charging.

The Honor 80 Pro is priced at CNY 3,499 (PHP 27,700 / USD 488) for the 8GB+256GB model. The 12GB+256GB retails for CNY 3,799 (PHP 30,000 / USD 530), while the 12GB+512GB model goes up to to CNY 4,099 (PHP 32,400 / USD 572).

Honor 80

The Honor 80, on the other hand, has a slightly smaller OLED display, measuring 6.67-inches. It also has a 120Hz refresh rate and a full HD resolution, plus a small punch hole for the 50MP selfie camera.

The smartphone is powred by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G chip with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. Meanwhile, the battery capacity remains the same as the Pro variant with 4800mAh and support for 66W fast charging.

The Honor 80 starts at CNY 2,699 (PHP 21,330 / USD 376) for the 8GB+256GB model, CNY 2,999 (PHP 23,700 / USD 418) for the 12GB+256GB model, and CNY 3,299 (PHP 26,100 / USD 460) for the top end 12GB+512GB model.

Honor 80 SE

And finally, the Honor 80 SE has the same 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED display as the vanilla variant with a MediaTek Dimensity 900 chip, up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage.

It has a triple camera setup with a 64MP primary, a 5MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP macro. While for selfies, there’s a punch hole 32MP camera in the front.

The Honor 80 SE starts at CNY 2,399 (PHP 19,000 / USD 335) for the 8GB+256GB model and CNY 2,699 (PHP 21,300 / USD 376) for the 12GB+256GB model.
