HUAWEI released a new tablet in the Philippines, the HUAWEI MatePad SE. The tablet has a starting price of ₱9,999 with freebies worth up to ₱4,399 from February 17 to 28, 2023.
The HUAWEI MatePad SE features a 10.4-inch 2K display with a 2000×1200 resolution, stereo speakers, and LTE connectivity.
Under the hood, you have an efficient Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chip with WiFi 4GB+64GB, LTE 3GB+32GB, and LTE 4GB+128GB variants, along with a large 5100mAh battery. There’s a 5MP rear camera for quick photos and a 2MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
The HUAWEI MatePad SE runs on HarmonyOS 3. By now, most of you probably know that there’s no Google Play Store on board, instead, apps are installed via the App Gallery. As the third largest app distribution platform in the world, the App Gallery has since grown, with many of the top apps we all use, including popular social media apps, banking apps, and more.
The HUAWEI MatePad SE is priced at ₱9,999 for the WiFi 4GB+64GB variant, ₱9,999 for the LTE 3GB+32GB variant, and ₱13,999 for the LTE 4GB+128GB variant.
From February 17 to 28, 2023 it will be bundled with freebies worth up to ₱4,399, which includes a folio cover, an entertainment gift box, a 64GB memory card, Huawei Video vouchers for five Paramount movies, and a 3-month worth of Viu Premium voucher.
The tablet is available on Huawei’s online store, Shopee, and Lazada starting February 15, and in Huawei physical stores starting February 17.

Installment payment options are also available in Offline Huawei Stores via Home Credit for up to 9 months and participating credit cards for 6 months with 0% interest.
