AnTuTu released its monthly rankings of the best-performing Android and iOS devices in February 2023. The rankings are based on the average scores of the devices tested on AnTuTu Benchmark V9, and the models must have a minimum of 1,000 data samples to be included.
For Android devices, the top spot goes to the REDMAGIC 8 Pro+, a gaming smartphone that boasts a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, 18GB of RAM, and a 165Hz AMOLED display. It scored an impressive 1,304,235 points on AnTuTu, surpassing the second-placed Vivo X90 Pro+, which has 1,280,652 points, by a slim margin. The vivo X90 Pro+ also features a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, along with a 6.78-inch QHD+ curved screen, a 50MP main camera, and 80W fast charging support.
The third place goes to the iQOO 11, another Snapdragon 8 Gen 2-powered device that features a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen, a 50MP triple-camera setup, and 120W fast charging technology. It’s followed by the Samsung Galaxy S23 series, which occupies the fourth to sixth spots. The Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 are all powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. They also sport 120Hz LTPO displays, high-powered cameras, and up to 45W fast charging capabilities.
For the iOS devices, the top five spots are still occupied by iPad products, with the iPad Pro 6 (12.9-inch) and iPad Pro 6 (11-inch) leading the way. The iPad Pro 6 series features the Apple M2 chip, which is more than 477,000 points ahead of the iPhone 14 Pro series. It also sports 120Hz mini-LED displays, 12MP main cameras with LiDAR, and quad speakers.
The third place goes to the iPad Pro 5 (12.9-inch) which features the M1 chip, a 120Hz mini-LED display, a 12MP main camera, and fast charging support. It’s followed by the iPad Pro 5 (11-inch) and iPad Air 5, which also feature the Apple M1 chip, along with 120Hz LCD displays and 12MP main cameras.

The sixth place goes to the iPhone 14 Pro Max which features the A16 Bionic chip, a 6.7-inch OLED display, a 48MP quad-camera setup, and 20W fast charging support. It is followed by the iPhone 14 Pro, which has the same specifications as the Pro Max model, except for a smaller 6.1-inch screen.
