Whether they are looking for fashion, beauty, or other fast-moving consumer goods, which are among the most popular categories on Lazada, the chatbot can help them find the best deals and offers.
To access LazzieChat, users just need to swipe down on the Lazada app homepage and start typing or speaking their queries. The chatbot is available 24/7 and can handle multiple conversations at once.
LazzieChat is also beneficial for brands and sellers on the Lazada platform, as it helps increase their product visibility and customer engagement. It leverages Lazada’s own AI technology and platform, complemented by the natural language capabilities of Azure OpenAI Service. Currently, LazzieChat is available in English in Singapore, the Philippines, and Indonesia markets, with the latter also receiving a Bahasa Indonesia version. It will be available in more languages in the future.
