According to the survey conducted by Campaign Asia with Milieu Insight, most of the consumers’ favorite brands were online retailers, tech or e-commerce giants, and popular fast foods.
Results were based on how consumers ranked well-known brands based on the following attributes – brand awareness, purchase likelihood, perceived quality, ease of purchase, customer service satisfaction, brand trustworthiness, innovation, user experience across all channels (online and offline), and customer recommendation potential.
Here are the top 10 leading brands in the Philippines:

Samsung’s dominance can be attributed to numerous factors such as exceptional brand awareness, high-quality products, and strong customer satisfaction. Furthermore, Samsung achieved the highest scores in consumer touchpoints, trustworthiness, and innovation, demonstrating a well-rounded brand experience.
Online shopping is also popular, with Shopee, Lazada, and GCash (digital wallet) all ranking high. These companies make shopping easy and convenient. Notably, local favorites like Jollibee, GCash, and Philippine Airlines also made the top 10.
Netflix is the only streaming service to make the list, thanks to its strong brand recognition, customer service, trustworthiness, and innovation.
Apple secured a 9th place ranking despite achieving the highest brand awareness scores overall, as most consumers considered their products too expensive.
Top 50 Brands in the Philippines
Filipinos’ love for food is evident in the survey, where almost one-third were related to food and meal deliveries. The rest of the top 50 brands include a balanced variety of brands like personal care (11), mobile/streaming (6), electronics (5), and clothing brands (5).
