The vivo School Tour, a nationwide event that celebrates the passion and talent of Filipino students, made its first stop at Lyceum University of the Philippines on September 29, 2023. The event, organized by vivo, the official smartphone partner of the NBA, featured a thrilling 3 on 3 basketball challenge, a fun TikTok dance contest, and a chance to experience vivo’s latest devices.
The 3 on 3 basketball challenge was the main attraction of the event, as six teams from Lyceum battled it out for the chance to represent their school at the Grand Finals in November. The competition was fierce and exciting, as the students showed off their skills and teamwork on the court. Two teams emerged victorious and earned their spot at the finals, where they will face the winners from other universities.
The event also showcased the creativity and entertainment skills of the students, as they participated in the TikTok dance competitions. The contestants impressed the crowd with their moves and energy, as they danced to popular songs using vivo’s smartphones. The winners received prizes and recognition from vivo.
vivo also introduced the vivo Club, a platform where students can register to enjoy various perks and benefits from vivo. The winning teams from each school in the 3 on 3 basketball challenge will earn the privilege of representing their institution at the grand finals. Mark your calendars for November 18 and 19, when the Grand Finals will take place at the Music Hall in SM Mall of Asia.
