vivo launches the X100s and X100s Pro in China, boasting Dimensity chipsets and a powerful ZEISS camera system. The new phones have similar specs as the X100 Series that came before it. This time, however, the X100s and X100s Pro both have a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+, as opposed to the older models’ Dimensity 9300.
Both the vivo X100s and X100s Pro come with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The phones also feature an under-display fingerprint scanner and a small punch-hole selfie camera.
As with the X100 Series, the X100s Series main highlight is its camera system, which is co-engineered with Zeiss. Both phones have similar triple camera setup, however, the X100s Pro takes it up a notch with a triple 50MP camera setup with Sony IMX989 sensors, resulting in a thicker camera bump. It also has a periscope lens that uses Zeiss Vario-APO-Sonnar lens, which offers 100mm equivalent focal length and up to 100x digital zoom.
The vivo X100s, on the other hand, has a similar camera configuration, except that it uses a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 64MP telephoto periscope camera. Both models have a 32MP selfie camera.
The phones run on Android 14 with OriginOS 4 on top. The X100s has 5100mAh battery that supports 100W wired charging charging. While the X100s Pro has a larger 5400mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.
Both phones are available in Titanium, White, and Black, while the X100s adds a Green option. Check out the prices below.
