JBL Philippines officially launched its new JBL Authentics Speaker range and JBL Spinner BT turntable, along with other new products, in a virtual event on Thursday.
The JBL Authentics Speaker range consists of three models: the JBL Authentics 200, the JBL Authentics 300, and the JBL Authentics 500. These speakers are designed to deliver high-quality sound with wireless connectivity and smart features.
They also support various streaming services, as well as Google Assistant and Alexa simultaneously.
The JBL Authentics 200 is the smallest and most affordable model in the range, with a compact design and a 2.1-channel system consisting of two 25mm tweeters and a 5” woofer. It measures 10.48 x 6.76 x 6.59 inches with a power output of 90 watts.
It can connect to multiple devices simultaneously via Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6, or AirPlay. It also has a USB-C port, an auxiliary input, and an Ethernet port.
The JBL Authentics 300 is the mid-range model, with a sleek and elegant design that measures 13.46 x 7.7 x 7.1 inches at 10.8 lbs, a handle for portability, and a 2.1-channel system consisting of two 25mm tweeters and a 5.25” woofer. The speaker has a power output of 100 watts with a frequency response of 45Hz – 20kHz.
It comes with a 4800mAh that offers up to 8 hours of playtime and can also connect to multiple devices simultaneously via Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6, or AirPlay. It also has a USB-C port, an auxiliary input, and an Ethernet port.
The JBL Authentics 500 is the flagship model in the range, with a premium and powerful design that measures 17.60 x 9.45 x 10.07 inches at 17.20 lbs, and a 3.1 channel system consisting of three 25mm Al dome tweeters, three 2.75″ midrange, and a 6.5” subwoofer.
The speaker has a power output of 270 watts and can connect to multiple devices simultaneously via Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6, or AirPlay. It also has a USB-C port, an auxiliary input, and an Ethernet port.
Lastly, the JBL Spinner BT is a wireless turntable that allows users to enjoy vinyl records with modern convenience. It has an aluminum platter with a belt-driven mechanism, a tonearm, and a built-in phono pre-amp that can connect to any speaker or headphone via Bluetooth 5.2 with Qualcomm aptX HD audio encoding or RCA cables. The turntable measures 6.1 x 17.1 x 14.5 inches.

Aside from these products, JBL Philippines also announced the JBL LIVE 670NC and LIVE 770NC wireless headphones, the JBL Soundgear Sense wearable speaker, and the JBL PartyBox Ultimate portable speaker. These products will be available in the Philippine market soon.
