Cosplay queen and gaming influencer Alodia Gosiengfiao announced her departure from Tier One Entertainment, the company she co-founded with esports player Tryke Gutierrez and entrepreneur Brian Lim.
Gosiengfiao made the announcement on Facebook on Thursday, saying that it was a difficult decision to leave the company that she helped build. She said that she and Tier One Entertainment had different visions and values, which made it hard for them to work together.
“It is with a heavy heart that I bid Tier One Entertainment farewell. The journey we shared in building the company has been both challenging and rewarding. However, it has become evident that our visions and values are not aligned,” she wrote. “I am grateful for the experiences, relationships, and accomplishments we’ve achieved together.”
Tier One Entertainment bid Gosiengfiao farewell with a heartfelt message on its Facebook page. “It is essential for everyone to find a place where their values align and their vision can flourish,” it reads. “We wish you all the best in your next chapter and hope you find that place, both professionally, and within your beautiful growing family.”
Tier One Entertainment is a talent agency and content production company that focuses on gaming and esports. It was founded in 2017 by Gosiengfiao, Gutierrez, and Lim, who aimed to create a platform for aspiring and established gaming talents in Southeast Asia.
