Xiaomi to roll out HyperOS to compatible devices

Xiaomi will start rolling out HyperOS to compatible devices in the first quarter of 2024. HyperOS is the successor to the aging MIUI, Xiaomi’s custom Android skin for its smartphones and tablets.

HyperOS launched with the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro last October. The OS aims to unify Xiaomi’s smart ecosystem of personal devices, cars, and home products. HyperOS is based on Android 14 and features a redesigned interface, improved performance, enhanced security, and better compatibility with Xiaomi’s ecosystem.
