The Asia Pacific Predator League 2024 Grand Finals is not only a gaming event, but also a musical extravaganza. As 26 teams compete for the prestigious Predator Shield and the $200,000 prize pool in Dota 2 and VALORANT, the audience at the SM Mall of Asia Arena will enjoy live performances by some of the country’s best artists, including Acer ambassadors Sarah Geronimo and SB19.
One of the highlights of the event is the special collaboration stage of Felip and Ylona Garcia, two rising stars in the music scene. FELIP, also known as Ken, is the main dancer, lead rapper, and vocalist of the sensational group SB19. He launched his solo career with his debut EP COM • PLEX, which was released earlier this year. Ylona Garcia is a singer and songwriter who is part of Paradise Rising, a joint venture between 88rising and Globe. She collaborated with VALORANT for her song “Entertain Me”, which showcases her pop and R&B style.
The Felip-Ylona special collaboration stage is just one of the many attractions of the two-day event. On Day 1, Acer ambassadors Sarah Geronimo and SB19 will headline the show, along with Urbandub, Al James, and UPeepz.
On Day 2, KZ Tandingan, Sandwich, Franco, Spongecola, Manila Symphony Orchestra, Daloy Dance Company, Josh Cullen, and Pablo will take the stage. Moreover, fans will have the chance to meet and greet Predator ambassadors Cong TV and the Team Payaman boys, burg, KuyaNic, Chibiby, Maggiekarp, amaratv, Een Mercado, Kang Dupet, and Alodia Gosiengfiao.
According to Princess Laosantos, Senior Marketing Manager at Acer Philippines, the Asia Pacific Predator League 2024 Grand Finals will be a celebration of gaming, music, entertainment, and community. “For those who will be at the SM MOA Arena on January 13 and 14, it will have a festival-like atmosphere, with many exciting activities and awesome surprises,” she said.
