realme partnered with Qualcomm for a new customized MasterShot Algorithm for the realme 12 Pro Series, which is the first and only device in its segment to process RAW domains. The new algorithm will help boost clarity, dynamic range, and realism in cinematic portraits.

The MasterShot Algorithm is a flagship-level architecture that integrates the LightFusion Engine and the NightEye Engine. The realme 12 Pro Series will have a Sony IMX890 OIS camera. It will also come with a periscope portrait camera with a large 1/2-inch OV64B sensor by Omnivision equipped with a Prism Tilt SuperOIS, 3x optical zoom, up to 6x in-sensor zoom, and up to 120x digital zoom.

To complement its flagship image, realme also teamed up with Ollivier Savéo, an international luxury watch designer renowned for working with luxury Swiss watch brands, such as Rolex, Roger Dubuis, Piaget, Breitling, and Quentin. Some of the highlights of the luxury watch design are:

  • Golden Fluted Bezel: A 360-degree luxury watch-level precision texture with 300 metal lines, crafted using CNC machine cutting.
  • Polished Sunburst Dial: A light cone texture and gradient UV texture blended to present over 500 sunburst patterns with light and shadow effects.
  • Premium Vegan Leather: A silky and dirt-resistant material that combines high-end aesthetics with practicality.
  • 3D Jubilee Bracelet: A metallic strap texture with three-dimensional rhomboid precision splicing.

The realme 12 Pro Series is expected to launch globally in January. It is also officially coming to the Philippines, but details of its availability in the country are yet to be announced.
