vivo will soon launch the vivo V30 and vivo V30 Pro in the Philippines. The company posted a teaser page on its website, which featured the Pro model held by vivo ambassador Anne Curtis.
The arrival of the vivo V30 Series 5G in the Philippines has been previously confirmed, with the lineup set to include both the vivo V30 and the vivo V30 Pro. Previous reports left us guessing on specifics, but vivo’s latest teaser shows what’s coming to the local market.
The vivo V30 5G launched earlier this year and features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 2800×1260 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 2800 nits, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. It comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset with 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB options and a 5000mAh battery with 80W fast charging.
The phone has triple rear cameras with ZEISS optics, consisting of a 50MP main, 50MP ultra-wide, and 2MP depth sensors. It also has another 50MP sensor, this time in front for selfies and video calls.
The vivo V30 Pro 5G, on the other hand, has the same display, battery, and selfie camera as the vanilla model. However, it has a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It also has a triple 50MP camera setup at the back for the primary, portrait, and ultra-wide cameras.
The official launch date of the vivo V30 Series 5G in the Philippines has not yet been announced, but expect it to happen soon. Local pricing will also be revealed by then. Stay tuned.
