The Dynamic Button is realme's version of Apple's Action Button.

realme unveils the realme 12 5G, its latest Number series mid-range phone, boasting a Dimensity 6100+ processor and a 108MP main camera.

One of the new features of the realme 12 5G is the Dynamic Button. Similar to Apple’s Action Button, realme adds new functions to the power button, allowing users to access not just a fingerprint scanner, but other functions and applications as well.

The phone has a 6.72-inch FHD+ IPS display with a 2400×1080 pixel resolution, a 6-level 45-120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 950 nits. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ 5G chipset with 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

The realme 12 5G has a dual camera setup at the back with a 108MP main camera and a 2MP portrait lens. It also has an 8MP shooter in front. It also has a side fingerprint scanner, realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14, stereo speakers, a headphone jack, and a 5000mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging.

The realme 12 5G is priced at INR 16,999 (around P11,500) and INR 17,999 (P12,100) in India. There’s no news yet of the phone’s availability in other regions.
